What to expect
Several campsites near Victoria Falls sit right along the Zambezi, a genuinely different way to experience the area — falling asleep to hippo calls is part of the appeal. If you're self-driving without your own gear, full camping kits (rooftop tents, cooking equipment, cooler boxes) can be hired locally.
